Your exports

Exports reflect the settings used in the last run. Changing a setting does not change an existing export.

THREE SMALL STEPS

How to crop several images to the same shape

  1. 01

    Add your images

Select up to 10 still JPEG, PNG or WebP files. The first image opens in the crop editor.

  2. 02

Choose a shape, then frame each image

Pick Free, 1:1, 4:5, 3:2 or 16:9. Every image gets a centered frame; drag the frame or its corners to adjust each image separately.

  3. 03

    Export the crops

Choose a format, then crop the whole batch in one go. Download the images one by one or together as a ZIP.

BEFORE YOU START

Good to know

One frame per image

Adjusting one image does not move the frame on the others. Choosing another shape centers a new frame on every image.

Original pixels only

A crop keeps the pixels inside the frame and is never enlarged. The export size is shown before you crop.

Keyboard friendly

Select the frame, then use the arrow keys to move it. Hold Shift with the arrow keys to resize it.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

How do I crop a photo into a square?

Choose the 1:1 shape and move the crop frame over the area you want to keep. Check each image before exporting. Cropping removes the area outside the frame; use padding in the resizer when you need to keep the whole photo.

Should I crop or add padding?

Crop when the edges of the photo hold nothing useful. When the whole product must stay visible, the Bulk Image Resizer can add padding to reach a square or another canvas size without cutting anything.

Which shape should I choose?

1:1 suits square product grids and profile images, 4:5 suits portrait social posts, and 3:2 and 16:9 suit landscape photos and banners. Check the current requirements of the place where you will publish.

Does cropping reduce image quality?

The pixels inside the frame are copied without resizing. The export is then saved in the format you choose, so the JPEG and WebP quality setting still applies.

Can I resize the crops afterwards?

Yes. Use the exports as inputs, then switch to Resize or Compress without choosing your files again.
